Expecting perfection and growth from yourself at the same time is a great way to take a few hits to the self image.

Hi! I'd like to add you to my friends list (seems about time, actually), and I'm including you in my kink filter (not that I've posted much substantive content lately, but it could happen). If you add me, I'd like to be included in any kink/sex/kinky sex filters. :-)

Expecting perfection -- ever -- is a surefire recipe for insanity.

dear lord, every now and then late at night i read through LJ and come across a reference and realize that it belongs to an old friend. or at least, i think i count as an old friend, maybe acquaintance is a better word for it? hard to say. in any event, 'tis mew, if that name means anything to you. i hope you are very well and i wish you all the best!

Yah, it's me, and it's quite grand to hear from you! And I'd definately call you an old frend. So, did you wanna be thrown into the mix, here? Most of my journal deals with my various emotional adventures as my wife and I stick our toes into the entire Shares Better / poly thing, and of course our kink adventures.

Grand to hear from you...
