So, I've just managed to slice my thumb from the joint to, and through, the cuticle. Not deep, but deep enough to bleed.

I did it while putting my daughters to bed. While tickling one of them. By stabbing myself with my other thumbnail.

oww.

MLW isn't home to witness this, but I can hear her laughing already.

It wasn't glorious enough be worthy of a picture.

Unlike the two inch ketoid scar I have on my other wrist from the injured hands thumb nail from six pennsics back.

Which I managed to do to myself, by myself, while reading a book. In bed. While comepletly sober and awake.

At least it was a big heavy hardback. Yep, those can be dangerous. Heh.

oh yes definitely there is something in the air,
I managed to, bend my left hand ring finger nail over *backwards* while getting into a seat at a restaraunt tonite... (and then i had to bent it *back*) Owwwww Owww... all while trying to keep from bleeding on the table.

and my DH has 2 new holes in his arm.. but those were on purpose
(he's been experimenting with monofiliment line and needles)
