After field tests (we found them in a nice newage store in va beach), one test subject enjoyed them after they were suitably chilled, one, not so much.
Yer milage may vary, of course. "Also can be used to provide stress relief."
(I'm still debating a finder's fee.)

Very, very, very loud, as one of them CLANGS on the hard tile of a public restroom floor, then goes rolling merrily under the stall door to rest out of arms' reach ........
